- Ella Acrylic Walk In Bath Warranty Information
The Ella Monaco/Chi acrylic walk-in bathtub is our wider more spacious model of our outward swing door walk-in tubs and comes equipped with a comfortable wide 23” molded seat and a beautifully custom crafted industrial plastic composite door with tempered glass, offering this tub a unique high-end look. A low step-in threshold, textured slip resistant floor, as well as wall and deck mounted grab bars work in unison to allow for easy and safe entry and exit of the tub. The acrylic shell is backed by a solid rustproof stainless-steel frame with adjustable leveling legs, giving you a safe, sturdy, and long-lasting walk-in bathtub. The Chi features a grooved wave design in its panels that creates a beautiful fluid wave design across the tub and the tempered glass. The reversible end panel included has matching wave patterns to ensure a nice and fluid design all around your tub. An extra panel can be ordered to finish both ends in a free-standing installation option when both ends need to be covered by end panels. All fixtures, options and sizing remain the same between the two tubs.

The Monaco also includes one (1) reversible end panel for left or right corner installation option and one (1) extension panel kit for 60” alcove installations. Additionally, the Monaco has two removable access panels and one toe kick access panel for service access if needed. The Chi has a removeable front apron in place of the two removeable access panels. The Ella Monaco/Chi has a limited lifetime warranty for shell, door and the frame which can be found in the “Downloads”.
Ella Infusion™ MicroBubble Therapy consists of a single microbubble jet connected to a hydro pump and microbubble tank system. The high-pressure hydro pump along with the microbubble tank brakes down the water molecules into billions of tiny bubbles which are then sent out through the single jet, filling your walk-in tub with billions of tiny bubbles, providing you with an unequivocal moisturizing and exfoliating therapeutic experience. These bubbles moisturize and exfoliate your skin while you bathe. Infusion™ MicroBubble Therapy is a calming experience that offers many added benefits to your bathing experience. It is a process of infusing the pressurized water with billions of micro sized, oxygen rich bubbles. These bubbles whirl around your body to help you rest and unwind. The stimulation of the epidermal layer of your skin can also promote restfulness and the release of muscle tension. 1. Ella 2 Piece Fast Fill Faucet
The Ella 2 Piece Fast Fill Faucet with pull out multi-function hand shower is perfect for your walk in bathtub or any bathtub where fill time matters. The fast fill 2 piece fills at a rate of up to 18 GPM (gallons per minute) based on in house plumbing conditions. If desired, the pull out hand shower can be used for shower while the bathtub is filled to stay warm.
2. Ella 5 Piece Fast Fill Faucet
The Ella 5 Piece ¾” Fast Fill Faucet with pull out multi-function hand shower in chrome finish is perfect for your walk-in bathtub or any bathtub where fill time matters. The fast fill 5-piece fills at a rate of up to 18 GPM (gallons per minute) based on in house plumbing conditions. If desired, the pull-out hand shower can be used for showering while the bathtub is filled to stay warm.
3. Thermostatic Control Valve 5 Piece Faucet Set
The 5 Piece Faucet Set includes a deck mounted thermostatic control valve, spout, pull-out hand shower, spout diverter, and pull-out shower diverter. The defining feature is the Deck Mounted Thermostatic Control Valve, which has an anti-scald feature that keeps the water at a consistent temperature and prevents water from suddenly shifting to unsafe temperature levels. Fill time with this faucet is 7-8 gallons per minute based on your home plumbing conditions.
4. Huntington Brass 5 Piece Fast Fill Faucet Set
The Huntington Brass 5 Piece Fast Fill Faucet Set includes a spout, pull-out hand shower, hot and cold on/off levers, and a diverter. This fast fill faucet has a fill rate up to 18 gallons per minute based on your home plumbing conditions. ¾” supply lines offer a higher rate of water flow compared to standard ½” lines. Please keep in mind that flow rate can vary based on your homes plumbing conditions and water pressure.
5. Jandon Retro 5 Piece Roman Faucet
The Jandon Retro 5 Piece Faucet Set includes a spout, pull-out hand shower, hot and cold on/off levers, and a diverter. The ½” supply lines allow for a fill rate of 12-16 gallons per minute based on your home plumbing conditions.
When it comes to controls we offer two options: Push Control or Digital Control. Our push controls are easy to use push down buttons that will operate your chosen jetting and any additional features such as the Chromatherapy LED light. The digital control is our more modern option, giving you a digital keypad from which to control your jettings and additional features such as Chromatherapy LEDs and heated seat & backrest. Both are excellent options and provide all the functionality needed to fully enjoy our walk in bathtubs.
2. Heated Seat and Backrest
Advanced radiant heaters provide soothing comfort directly to the seat and backrest so you can be sure to remain comfortable and warm while your walk-in bathtub fills. Gone are the days of being cold while waiting for your tub to fill with this wonderful option. A simple to operate easy to reach push button on/off switch comes installed when this option is selected.
3. LED Chromatherapy
LED Chromatherapy includes an LED light and an easy to use on/off push control. The LED light cycles through various colors and illuminates the entire water for a beautiful and soothing experience. Color has often been used in the past as treatment for illnesses. Since 1876, people used light waves to rid the mind and body of ailments and this is what is referred to as Chromatherapy. It is believed that each color has a different healing property. The included push control allows you to control the LED light, you can choose to have it cycle through a spectrum of colors or you can manually cycle it to your favorite color and have it hold there.
4. Ozone Sterilization (for single hydro massage package)
Ozone is a proven water disinfectant. NuWhirl’s micrOzone generator targets tub plumbing where water can remain after baths, creating a higher concentration of ozone than many larger units. Its size—the smallest in the industry—means simple and flexible installation.

6. Aromatherapy Our easy to use aromatherapy system can help you relax and recuperate. Relaxation can be induced by all five senses, especially smell. This is why we offer this feature as an option on any of our tubs with our hydro jet system. The aromatherapy system works by infusing oil into the hydro jet lines and fills your tub with the decadent scent that you have chosen creating a pleasant aroma for you to enjoy and relax in.
Our dual massage walk-in tubs have two air jets in the center of the seat. The U shape pillow is designed to accommodate these two bidet jets. If you want to cover bidet jets, you can utilize the regular seat pillow. This luxuriously thick pillow is incredibly comfortable and can be used as riser or additional seat support in all walk in bathtubs. The interior material is washable and can be removed.

As a part of our Satisfaction Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost.

This limited lifetime warranty is extended to the first purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and conditions from the date of the original purchase. This warranty is nontransferable and applies only to the original owner and to the original installation place – address only and does not extend to products previously used as display models or products that have been modified or repaired by anyone else but Ella’s Bubbles. The warranty is void if the ownership or original installation location is changed (tub is relocated). This warranty relates to all fittings and components included with the tub from the manufacturer. The bathtub shell, frame, door, door seal, and finish are covered by limited lifetime warranty under normal use and conditions. All supporting equipment, motors, pumps, fixtures, electronic controls, faucet, waste, overflow, and all plated finishes, are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty is nontransferable and applies only to the original owner. The finish warranty does not apply to fading, cracking, delaminating or blistering due to excessive wear, sun fading or scouring due to cleaning. This warranty shall not apply to any failure resulting from negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication, alteration, modification or improper maintenance. The warranty of the door and the door seal is valid only if the alignment of the bathtub and the door is done correctly, and the alignment of the door is not changed by applying the bather’s weight on the door which may result in misalignment of the door and the door leak. Should service be required for any reason of any defect or malfunction of the product, Ella’s Bubbles will ship the part to the original customer’s address without charge (subject to verification of the defect or malfunction). Ella’s Bubbles will not be liable for any incidental expenses or material charges in connection with removal or replacement of the product or parts. Delivery time is based on parts availability and location. Normally parts are sent out immediately. Emailed or mailed photos of defective product and description of the problem is required.

The Manufacturer will not be responsible for any water damage to structures or property for any reason including but not limited to manufacturer defect or improper installation. Manufacturer will assume no responsibility for the loss of the system, inconvenience due to loss, damage to real or personal property or any other consequential damage. Manufacturer will not be liable for any incidental expenses or material charges in connection with removal or replacement of the purchased part or any part or parts of the system. This warranty shall not apply to any type of failure resulting from negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper installation, alteration or modification, chemical corrosion or improper maintenance. Ella’s Bubbles reserves the sole authority to make any type of warranties or representations concerning its products and will not be responsible for any warranties or representations made by any outside source including dealers, retailers, distributors or contractors. Ella’s Bubbles does not warrant the installation or replacement of any of our products/parts. Items include: all plumbing or electrical related connections, improper or negligent installation of the product. Alteration made of, or alterations or modifications made to the system, may cause the product or the system to malfunction. Such problems are not covered by warranty.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULARPURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
Ella’s Bubbles and seller hereby disclaim any liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state/province to state/province.
Disclaimer: Limited lifetime parts warranty does not apply to thermostatic control valve (TCV).
TCV warranty has a (1) year limited warranty which does not cover cartridge malfunction due to contaminated water with calcium, iron or other found heavy particles in the water resulting in cartridge getting stuck and TCV not operating properly. The TCV must be protected with filter or mesh in the water lines which must be cleaned periodically. Ella's Bubbles offers cleaning service for the cartridges for a nominal fee: labor +shipping. The cartridge cleaning is done at Ella's Bubbles facility, or it can be done by the contractor hired by customer. The removal and cleaning of TCV should only be performed by a licensed and insured contractor or plumber. Non-Ella brand faucets covered under manufacturers original warranty and are not covered by the Ella Walk-In Bath Warranty.
