- Two 10 gallon offset firebox smokers, with an attached circular damper system, and a heavy duty slab of expansion metal for charcoal or flavored fire logs to smoke.
- A damper system installed to control the airflow from the firebox to the 55 gallon drum box.
- A smoker box installed underneath of the 55 gallon barrels and is used for smoking from underneath the bottom of the grill.
